Rouge is a part of the Matariki dish challenge once again, our dish this year is Mussel Fritters, available right now on our lunch specials.
Mussel and kumara fritters with kawakawa and horopito, served with watercress, pikopiko, a smoked manuka aioli, and feijoa & NZ cranberry chutney.
